The refrigeration system uses ammonia as a medium and is therefore CFC-free. An emergency power supply with an output of 600 kW guarantees continuous operation. Packing 2 departments of 800 m² handle retail packing (check weighing, flowpacking and covers). Packaging is also manufactured and there are facilities for washing reusable crates. Automation Recent investments in automation projects have considerably improved and facilitated processing of the products. Computerisation and on-line connections to 9 auctions and a large number of customers make simultaneous and distance selling possible. An Internet connection with growers guarantees continuous information exchange between producers and the cooperative. In this way, all the records of cultivation registration are updated.
