- Freshly-chopped chives - 35 gr. butter - 6 dl. of stock - 5 DolcePuntas - Paprika powder - Celery - 1 dl. whipping cream - 1 onion - salt
Preparation:
Cut the DolcePuntas in half, clean them, wash them and cut into strips
Shred the onion. Cook the onion in the hot butter until soft, then add the pepper pices and simmer them in a covered pan.
Purée the pepper in the blender, then sieve and bring to the boil with the stock.
Season the soup with pepper and salt. Beat the cream into the soup, but do not let it boil again.
Garnish the soup with chopped chives and celery.
Tip: you can add leek and strips of smoked salmon.
